Spend seven unforgettable nights at the stunning Mas Millésime, an elegant Provençal estate nestled in the heart of the Alpilles. Guided by artist mentor Kacper Ogaza, you'll immerse yourself in daily painting sessions while enjoying the perfect balance of creativity, relaxation and connection.
Kacper’s practice centres on plein air painting, working directly outdoors to capture the changing light, atmosphere and fleeting beauty of the natural world. Creating each painting in a single session, he brings an immediate and intuitive approach to his work, responding to the landscape as it unfolds before him. His recent project, ‘In the Footsteps of Claude Monet’, took him through Normandy and Île-de-France, revisiting the places where Monet lived and painted, and culminated in an exhibition at the historic Claude Monet House in Vétheuil.
Throughout the week, Kacper will share his approach to observing and interpreting the landscape, helping you explore light, colour and atmosphere while developing your own artistic voice. With Provence as your inspiration, you'll have time to experiment, deepen your practice and exchange ideas with a small group of fellow creatives.
Every meal is thoughtfully prepared by a high-end private chef using exceptional local ingredients, allowing you to fully focus on your practice. Between sessions, unwind by one of the estate's swimming pools, explore the charming villages and landscapes that have inspired artists for generations, and enjoy relaxed evenings sharing food and conversation. This is an opportunity to step away from everyday distractions and dedicate a week to painting, discovery and the pleasure of being somewhere new.You have the choice of booking a shared room (2 guests per room) and a private room.
The dates for this retreat are 28th August-4th September 2027.
A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking to reserve your place (or you can pay in full straight away). The remaining 75% balance will be automatically charged on 16 January 2027, provided the session reaches its minimum number of participants by 15 January 2027. If the minimum number is not reached, Artelio will cancel the session before the final payment date and refund your deposit in full.
