Every Session is limited to a small number of guests, ensuring a deeply personal experience with your host artist.

FAQs

  • Absolutely not. You don't need to make a living from your creative practice to join an Artelio Session. Whether you're a full-time artist, someone who creates on evenings and weekends, or simply looking to rediscover your creativity as a hobby, you're welcome. Our sessions are about bringing together people who love making, learning and being inspired—not about experience or qualifications.

  • Each session includes different elements, but your booking page will clearly outline what's included. This may cover accommodation, creative workshops, mentoring, selected meals, materials, excursions, and studio access.

  • Some sessions require a minimum number of participants to run. If that minimum isn't reached, we'll notify you as early as possible and provide the option of a full refund of whatever you have paid up till that point.

  • Yes. But we have a cancellation policy in place that is as follows:

    If you cancel your booking

    • More than 60 days before the session begins: Your 25% deposit is non-refundable.

    • Less than 60 days before the session begins: No refund will be given. This includes both your deposit and any final balance that has been paid.

    If Artelio cancels the session

    If Artelio cancels a session for any reason, including if the minimum number of guests is not reached, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.

    Failed final payments

    If your final payment cannot be processed, you will have 7 days to update your payment method and complete payment.

    If payment is not received within 7 days:

    • Your booking will be cancelled.

    • Your place may be offered to another guest.

    • Your 25% deposit will not be refunded.

  • The remaining 75% balance will be automatically charged to the same payment method 60 days before your session begins. There's nothing else you need to do unless your payment method has changed.

  • If your final payment cannot be processed (for example, because your card has expired or been declined), we'll notify you by email. You'll have 7 days to update your payment method and complete the payment.
